Sam and Lance have traveled to and from Hell. Their biggest issue yet surfaces just as they begin to believe their lives may return to normal. The East Coast Pack has tried to hide since discovering of their existence, but Riley, the pack's leader's brother, is urgently looking for Ruby, a freshly transformed vampire who is his girlfriend. Riley gets closer to learning the truth about Luxury Island as he looks into her absence in more detail. Sam and Lance return to the scene of the crime in an effort to save Ruby, but they are desperate to keep the location of her hiding place a secret.
