»Crowdwork« Digital platforms make it possible to put tasks out to tender to a large number of people (so-called crowdworkers) in order to get results delivered quickly and cost-effectively. The author explores the legal requirements that apply to the benefit of crowdworkers. In particular, he examines the legal status of these people in terms of labour law and social security.
