Moving On, J.L Caban's inaugural novella, is a quintessential coming of age story that takes place in the early 1990s in New York City, in which a troubled eighteen year old young man, beset by a plethora of problems, named Justin Christianson, breaks free from the bleak and downtrodden world of drugs and alcohol, attempting, with every fiber of his being, to make a better life for himself.
