Rosie is playing on the beach when she is approached by a turtle who requests her to accompany him into the ocean. He asks Rosie to help one of his friends, a pelican, who was recently affected by an oil spill. After aiding the pelican, Rosie realizes she wants to do more; and hence, she begins a journey around the globe to help different animals who are being negatively impacted by climate change.
