**James Dale Davidson** and **Lord William Rees-Mogg** edit _Strategic Investment,_ one of the world's more widely circulated private investment letters. Davidson is a venture capitalist and entrepreneur, with investments in Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, and New Zealand, as well as high-tech projects in North America. Rees-Mogg was formerly editor of _The Times_ of London and vice chairman of the BBC. He is a director of the Private Bank of London. Together they authored _Blood in the Streets: Investment Profits in a World Gone Mad_ and _The Great Reckoning._
