With the annotation of § 242, a completely new concept was chosen, which enabled a better access to information. It can already be seen that the general realization of § 242 stays as close to the text as possible. The discussion of individual cases of use is modeled contrary to a common approach not on the different working areas of § 242, because as far as it goes, there are no generally recognized dividing criteria. The description follows instead the system of the German Civil Code and the other fields of law. The annotation of § 242 clearly won through in clarity and transparency.
