Psychodrama heals by affecting the mentalization and psychological self organisation of the individual in the as-if mode of play on the stage, in a room or around a table. Based on this insight, the author develops both a systematic theory of disorder-specific Psychodrama therapy and models for therapy processes applicable to individuals with personality disorders, post traumatic disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, depressions, psychoses and addictions.
