»The Electronic Agent. Private Law Consequences of Delegating Decisions to Autonomous AI-Systems«: The author shows how the increasing delegation of decisions to autonomous AI systems is covered by private law between the principles of contractual freedom and consideration for the legitimate interests of third parties. He also illustrates that currently discussed models for the treatment of AI systems as legal subjects are neither necessary nor appropriate and explores the allocation of liability risks when using autonomous AI systems.
