»Managing the Climate Crisis«: Tackling the climate crisis is a task for the entire state and society. A legal analysis of the various legal standards, procedures and instruments provided for this purpose must therefore not only focus on individual areas of law (e. g. climate protection, emission trading), but must take all areas of law into account – including areas without a direct link to climate (e.g. financial market law). With this in mind, this volume develops a holistic approach towards managing the climate crisis.
