»Trust and Dependence as Defects of Will. A Comparative Analysis of German and French Law and the Model Rules PECL, DCFR and PECL«: This thesis uses comparative law to examine German and French law as well as the PECL, DCFR, and CESL to determine whether impairments of will arising from personal trust or emotional dependence justify the avoidance of a contract concluded as a result of this lack of will. The thesis develops a graded model to better compare the different rights to avoid a contract due to wrongful interference with the formation of will in German law.
