"Has Anybody Seen Snowball" is my inaugural book. It's very special to me as it reminds me a great deal about the special bond I had with my Mum growing up and how much she meant to me, especially as she is no longer with me. Snowball has facets of my personality too which has helped me explore myself as a person and find the best in myself. The bedtime story walks the reader through a soft and gentle story about a Polar bear cub, Snowball, who accidentally finds himself, for the very first time, lost without his Mum, and his Mum, for the very first time, lost without her son. You know that feeling? When you think for a fleeting moment you may have lost your child or grandchild, it's that feeling I wanted to harness. As the book unfolds other characters also step into stage centre front, characters who over a series of books will becoming more and more developed and enchanting. I wrote this book for my grandchildren, Jenson, Frank, Eric, Sebastian and Alice. I loved writing it as it took me to a place that was kind, sweet and gentle.
