Berlin. The Wall has just fallen. At odds with his religious Turkish parents, Aydin is drawn into Berlin's underworld and an obsession with the vulnerable Steffi. Imprisoned for inadvertent drug running, he finds himself in a world fraught with the dangers and divisions of Germany's turbulent past. Aydin is lured into substance abuse and violence.
