Youth employment agencies should be the central local point of contact for all young people making the transition from school to work and provide them with individualised advice and support based on their needs. Understood in this way, the question arises as to how youth employment agencies can contribute to inclusive transition organisation from a human rights perspective such as that of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The results obtained offer youth employment agencies opportunities for further professional substantiation, organisational development, multi-professional case work and the removal of barriers.
