The higher¿order needs for the general Asian culture are ¿Status¿, ¿Admiration¿ and ¿Affiliation¿ whereas the higher¿order needs for the Arab culture are ¿Esteem¿, ¿Social needs¿ and ¿Selfactualization¿.
