»Legal Protection Against Discriminatory Practices by the Police. Investigating Gaps in Protection and Instruments of Protection«: This investigation examines the extent to which discrimination by the police in the area of preventive measures could be countered by anti-discrimination legislation. To this end, findings from police law are linked with the dogmatics of anti-discrimination law. The study focuses on comparing the constitutional protection against discrimination in the area of preventive police measures with the potential contents of an anti-discrimination legislation.
