»The Criticism of § 184i StGB (Sexual Harassment) and § 184j StGB (Group Offenses)«: Since the implementation of the criminal norms § 184i StGB (sexual harassment) and § 184j StGB (criminal offenses from groups), there has been a critical discussion in legal literature as to whether these offenses exceed the threshold of criminal conduct. This doctoral thesis takes an in-depth look at the legitimacy of these norms, and at the same time criticizes the relevant aspects to conclude with a concrete legislative proposal.
