»Foundation and CSR. Legal Framework, Structuring Options and Comparison of German Legal Forms«: Can Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) be adequately implemented in German legal forms? This study addresses this question in light of the recent foundation law reform. It compares the implementation of CSR across foundations, corporate-linked foundations, foundation-like limited liability companies and the proposed new legal form of a company with asset-lock. The analysis examines and contrasts the purposes, assets, and organizational structures of these legal forms from a CSR perspective.
