A Self-Interrogation on Constitutional Interpretation with Practical Intent«: The interpretation of a norm of the Basic Law primarily includes the interpretation of the Federal Constitutional Court's rulings on it. Using a reference case, the study deals with the method of reception of constitutional court precedents and, based on many individual decisions, develops a heuristic standard of responsibility for the Federal Constitutional Court.
